HOW WE WORK

How AppsTech Labs runs on its own AI

Four colleagues who are AI, each with one job, and people who check their work

Why

We run our own company on it first

We build AI-powered solutions for other organizations, so we run AppsTech Labs on them first. Four members of our team are AI. William answers visitors on this site. Maya, Nora and Elias look after our clients' accounts, each for its own products.

Each one says it is an AI in its first message to a person. Each one has a short list of what it does on its own, and a longer list of what it hands to a person on our team.

Who does what

Maya

Follows up each Initium evaluation, answers support questions from the guides, and sends routine reminders. The Assessment's scope, schedule and price, which our analysts set; proposals; complaints.
Nora

Elias
Prysme, for its trial and paying accounts

Oversight

How we keep their work in check

A review period first. Each one started with a period in which a person approved every email before it was sent.

A daily limit. Each one sends at most 20 emails a day on its own.

Rules in the system, beyond the instructions. Amounts we do not publish are taken out of a chat reply before the visitor sees it.

A daily reading. A person reads what they wrote and scores it from 1 to 5. Each miss is traced to its cause: a gap in our guides, a fault in a product, or a question it should hand over.

Urgent requests reach a person fast. When someone names a budget or a start date, a person on our team is alerted within the hour.

The same approach for your organization starts with a free evaluation.
